Due to negligence on part of Government officers, Common People are harrash every day to availed many new intiatives taken by Government of Maharashtra. Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis have conveyed relief to the residents of Mumbai Suburban District.
Sub Divisional Officer Rajesh Shripatrao Katkar was involved in harassing people by not issuing Certificates though people were frequently visiting his office. 600 certificates of Non Creamy Layer were issued on Friday & Saturday on order of Chief Minister.
Mumbai Suburban District Sub Divisional Officer Mr. Rajesh Katkar have not signed on Non Creamy Layer Certificates from last one month, by virtue of this more than 500 students have been suffered. Parents have these students then approach RTI Activist Anil Galgali for support. Anil Galgali to inform the incident to Chief Minister directly & also Lodge Written Complaint. The situation is worse as govt officials like Katkar are not following Government Scheme time guidelines of 21 days under Right to Service Act.
Prompt Action taken by Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis and CM office immediately release instructions to Mumbai Suburban Collector DipendraSingh Kushwaha to take action on this. Mr Kushwaha within the minutes ordered Sub division Officer Mr Katkar to prepare all pending certificates on Friday itself.
RTI Activist Anil Galgali thanked Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis and also mention due to negligence on part of few non cooperative govt officials many new intiatives taken by govt have not reached common people, by virtue of this wrong image is created of govt.
