Wedding Ceremony 2.50 lakh and for farmers 50 Thousand declare, but yet to issue circular by RBI

Due to Demonetisation drive, a lot of confusion has gripped the country.  The government announced that those people who have weddings approaching in their immediate family will be allowed to withdraw RS.  2.50 lakh and the farmer of our country will be allowed to withdraw Rs. 50,000 . But till date no such circular or any order has been issued to the banks by the RBI. For this, RTI activist Anil Galgali had written to the Prime minister Narendra Modi for demanding validate government order for the same, to avoid further confusion.

In a letter sent to the Prime minister by Anil Galgali, it is mentioned that since there is no official communication or circular sent by the RBI, for the wedding families and the farmer, both the Bank employees and the people are confused. When the government made such announcement, it was moral responsibility of the RBI officials to immediately issue circular to the Banks. But since it is not done, Galgali has demanded action on those people and requested PM to issue circular with immediate effect.
