The annual rent will be increased by 10% over the rent of previous year. It was important for the Reliance Industries to complete the project in 4 years from the date of allotment is an condition which the company has flouted. The MMRDA's Metropolitan Commissioner imposed an additional premium of 40% amounting to approximately Rs 341 crores and increased the deadline for completing the development by 28/05/2015. This amount of Rs 341 crores is still outstanding and the lease holder M/s Reliance Industries has still to pay the dues causing default. M/s Reliance Industries owned by Mukesh Ambani took the extension but has ignored paying the additional premium changes to MMRDA. Looking at the scenario the MMRDA needs to issue a immediate stop work notice and the dues along with interest should be immediately recovered stated Galgali in a letter addressed to CM Devendra Fadnavis and the Metropolitan Commissioner UPS Madan.
